My complaint:
I purchased 3 items about 6 months ago 2 tops and one face mask . For one of the tops to arrive only yesterday being the 13th of October and then on collection to be asked to pay for transport fees which didn’t make me happy as I had already spent a lot on the website .
I was also very disappointed with the quality of the first top and didn’t understand why my 3 items must arrive individually instead of all together ?? Not impressed at all .
