My complaint:
I placed an order for a GREEN Renault key ring on the 29th of December 2020.
I then received a text from my post office on the 28th of April 2021 stating that my order has arrived.
Once i picked up my order on the 05th of May 2021….i opened it n it was the wrong color…it was YELLOW……
I then sent a message on wish via the wish support explaining what had happened an all i was told was that they cant do anything as i am out of the refund policy timescale.
Firstly knowing that we are all facing the a pendemic with COVID-19….there should be protocols in place for customers who receive their orders late.
Suggested solution:
I would like to get what i ordered and not anything else......
