My complaint:

I ordered multiple items and was given a delivery date and as it got closer I would check to see the status and the date had gone further ahead a few more months than it started with and it did twice that I recall and I had to go away for a program and had no access to the web or phone and didn’t receive anyother notifications to let me know that for some unknown reason till this day as to why my order was cancelled without any notice and its my fault I get penalized for not checking the website in time I paid for it and if ur unable to provide that product then I should absolutely get a full refund why would u keep money for doing nothing that’s not fair.

Suggested solution:

if they cant stop themselves from conducting themselves like a bunch of greedy bamboons then they should at least offer these people including myself store credit so we have the option of picking something else possibly spending more money and still spending my money at your store
