My complaint:
I ordered a wheelchair for my Corgi on May 5. It said it would be delivered by May 26, then date changed to June 10, then June 25 and again to June 30. As of July 2 I have yet to receive it. I have asked for a refund and they said they would refund shipping. Also stated if I did not get it by July 30 I could ask for full refund by August 14. Wish is a very bad company and doesn’t deliver their packages and refuses to refund your money. I recommend that no one ever orders from this scam of a company. Horrible business.

Giving me a full refund and not just the shipping, which I haven't even received that, yet.
