My complaint:
I am asking for intervention to get wish to deliver my order with no.5ec5471bcb19b6514accdceb which is Annexure A attached. Or else they have give me back the money I have paid the company for my order. I have engaged wish for sometime to be assisted with my complaint with failure, attached please find those correspondences as Annexure B. You will note of the communique with wish in November December 2020 they have requested to replaced an item they no longer have in stock, which is okay for them to request that even though as they alleged it was late but it is late for me to be asking about my undelivered order.
Suggested solution:
Either wish should delivery my order or give me back my money.
