My complaint:
I placed an order for Folding Exercise Bike Home Cycle with Order ID: 5fbd826bbb514be1fad2fe97 and I received the order ation on the 24th November 2020. Unfortunately, more than 6 weeks since I placed the order and I am yet to receive the product.
I have made two orther complaints through other means but did not receive any reply.
Suggested solution:
Give an update when my order will arrive.
