My complaint:
I ordered a Citizen (Blue Angels)eco drive watch with blue dial and blue leather strap on the 5121. Wish processed my order and said it would be delivered by 17121..which was great as it was my Son,s birthday on the 18th so I bought it for him. The watch had been shipped but sent to wrong Hermes depot twice. But I was still assured my Sons watch would arrive on the 17121.
Well my order was not delivered so I mailed customer help through their app.
Wish kindly refunded me the full amount and said my watch would still be delivered.
I mailed Wish and told them the refund really wasn’t necessary and I could wait for the watch being delivered.
I then recieved a message on the 18121 saying my delivery was on its way. A while later in the afternoon I recieved another message saying the delivery was damaged and beyond repair.
And now I find it impossible to get in touch with Wish to resolve the issue as I still want to receive the product.
Wish are now evading the issue as it seems.
Suggested solution:
I would like Wish to resend the watch that I ordered originally.
