My complaint:

I ordered for 3 items; a bag and 2 wrist watches since April, 2020 but I have not received it.
I send an email to them to lay my complain. They are now telling me that period for refund has elapsed. From the tone of their reply it means my goods will not be refunded also my money is gone for good which I consider unfair.
Things transaction means that the customer is not the king but the supplier.

Suggested solution:

I want the delivery of my good or a refund with an apology. I can't afford to lose both.
