My complaint:

I have used wish to purchase a couple things in the past. But I accidently swiped the purchase button. After I did that… I tried cancelling this order, cause it was a mistake, through their automated customer support (texting back and fourth with a computer. Side note: wish attached a second shipping cost of $20 after I had made the accidental swipe to purchase. I then contacted pay pal to not authorize and further payments through wish. I even got an email from pay pal saying i wouldn’t be charged by them anymore. After that… PayPal tried to take money from my account. $45.66. No sufficient funds where there so my back then charged me $30. I got that part resolved and got a new debit card. Then today 9.22.20 I am now overdrawn cause pay pal or wish took that 45.66 out again. Made me overdrawn again with another bank charge. Point is… WISH.. Doesn’t give us the option to cancel our orders…. Not really. Cant talk to a person. And my bank now says I have to dispute this charge through pay pal… Not wish. I am beyond frustrated. Cause that was all my money (what i had in my bank account) I will never recommend wish to anyone.
