My complaint:

I’ve been asking for a refund for an order I placed over 2 months ago. According to their site 15 days is the acceptable time to door. All I have gotten as a refund so far is the shipping. I can understand delays for covid-19 but this is still far too long, they have moved the delivery date just in enough time not to meet this 15 day period one too many times. And now the destination location is None I cannot get to a real live person and I just want my money back now!
