My complaint:
I wish to return a couple of items that I ordered but there doesn’t seem to be anyway of doing this. I can’t get on to support and there doesn’t seem to be any way of contacting by phone. These items are nothing like their pictures and the quality is rubbish. But they have my money and my card numbers which is a worry.
Suggested solution:
Tell me how to return items and obtain a refund!
