My complaint:

I ordered a tablet and for some reason i never left China and was returned to seller so they refund to me.

I went and ordered anoher tablet.

I received hacked tablet and phone, I have been trying to get return label and refund but there assisant does not offer me an option, agent always tells me that I need to go to the assistant, most of the time they just apologise but do nothing to help.

Also, from time to time they say my return widow has pass but I received the phone on august 17 and the tablet on august 24.

I pass the last 4 days sending messages and repeating. Several time I asked to talk to a manager but was simply ignored, like for so many times.

Most of the time I wonder if they even read what I say.

Anyway I want to return the tablet that is hack, for every 1GB I download 100GB disapear from the 512GB internal memory reported by the system. On the photo I show a low-level hardware test unable to continue past 4.51GB of 451GB rapported as available by the sysem. Confirming my manual test.

Phone actually might be defective and still waiting for answer but I wanted a refund and can t get any where that solution.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Refund immidiatly for all the trouble and frustration I am going through. And send me a return label.

In fact, I think they should offert some kind of compensation (a free verified 100% fonctionning tablet)
