My complaint:
I ordered a dress from wish on 0315-172021 and received it on 04032021. I informed them and some guy named David responded. He ask for pictures of the dress. I sent him too sets of pictures and he keeps saying they are blurry and they cannot send a return label or refund. The second set of pictures are clear but David keeps saying they are blurry to keep from giving a return label. The dress is fine. I could never try it on because its too small. It has never been worn. Please help me with this issue. Thank you Mrs. Vanessa Perry
