My complaint:
I purchased 15 tapestries from wish, and I am returning 7 of them for poor quality (the colors were too bright and didn’t look real like the picture) and some were blurry. Very disappointed that I am getting a run-around from Wish. I filled out the customer service return form for each item individually (as requested) and sent a picture for each tapestry that I was returning. I have asked several times for the return address and they will not provide it to me. They continue to say that they want more pictures. I have submitted one picture and repackaged each item to be ready for shipment. I am requesting a refund on these 7 tapestries that I received 2 days ago. According to the return policy, I can return the items within 30 days. I don’t understand why they will not give me their address to return the items. I am requesting a refund.
Suggested solution:
They should give me their address, so that I can ship these items back to them. Then they need to give me a refund.
