My complaint:
Refurbished beats in ear headphones wireless bluetooth. When i was tracking for my item, i accidentally hit received when in fact i never received it. Was supposed to arrive on 21 st of may 2020. Every time i tried to contact support wasn’t able to resolve it because automated
Suggested solution:
To be able to either chat directly with someone or talk live with someone. If i do not get my order, i want to be reimbursed immediately. What makes it so frustrating is trying to find a way to communicate with wish support.
