My complaint:
The tracking number provided does not match any credentials nor my name, address and phone number.
Even contacted DHL Express and found the address where it was delivered it was in the name of Mr.Abhishek and his order was a Keyboard but not ordered from wish.com but it has been shipped from Hong Kong.
I have been ordering from wish since years and never face such a issue.
It’s a mistake of processing or from the collection agency.
Repeatedly I have been trying to trace and till now none of my order have come by DHL from wish.
DHL Express has ed that it was not my order which had this tracking number.
Some how I had contacted the person who had the same tracking number and the product what he had received
Suggested solution:
There has been continuous message sent to customer care but no proper response.
They have resolve by contacting the supplier and trace.its not the customer has to trace.
They need to provide the product what I have ordered.
