Complaint: Tired of ordering things and them being cancelled

My complaint:

I just got in touch with wish support to inquire about an order that was processed march 22 it was supposed to be delivered this week so instead of being able to chat with someone tha agent cancelled it. Over 80% of my orders are cancelled and refunded by wish because they are out of the item. Why not pull listing when this happens ebay does. I purchase and pay for these things in good faith. But to me it’s not worth my time anymore. They’re ad on Facebook says order if you can wait two weeks. That’s a crock. I’ve waited up to two months and then order was cancelled. Ordered one item in February and still haven’t received it yet. To me this is no way to run a business and from now on am not recommending wish to anyone.

By sending me my orders if I didn't want them I wouldn't have ordered them. Also they should not cover their butts by saying the item was turned over to receiving post office. It does not take a month for the post office to deliver from anywhere in the country. Also they need to set up some kind of customer support so questions can be asked and answered. In other words they should get their acts together and do what they should be doing. Are they just taking the money for orders using it then refunding it when they have to. Seems a little crooked to me. Am going to do a little research and try to find out where the office is heree inthe U.S. and will file a complaint with the BBB will also tell all people I can find that they've screwed over to do likewise. SEND ME MY ITEMS I HAVE ORDERED AND PAID FOR AND YOU'LL NEVER HEAR FROM ME AGAIN. I WANT THE ITEMS THOUGH NOT REFUNDS.
