My complaint:
I purchased a slimming machine from wish.com on December 31st 2020. The total of this product was $592.78. I went to track my item and seen that they refunded me my money on January 2nd 2021 for what reason i dont know .They said they refund me my money but I am not seeing it on in my bank account. How do I get my money? They said to reach out to my bank my bank said the purchase was voided not refunded and to reach out to them directly . It’s now been a whole month I’ve been contacting them about this. This is unacceptable what do I do.

Refund my money.
