My complaint:
I ordered three items, and it said it was delivered. I never received it and upon some investigation learned it was shipped to an address I am unfamiliar with. I have no idea how that address got there and wish refunded me for two of the items. They continue to hold my most expensive item not eligible for a refund and will not refund me shipping costs even though I have no idea where it was delivered to. They said the delivery was ed therefore they can’t do anything about it and I am livid. People will just lose their money for no reason and they will come up with a million excuses not to give your money back for a mistake on their end. Waste of money and quality is very poor. Getting help from a customer service agent is the worst experience!!!
Suggested solution:
Refund my last item and shipping costs since I never received the items. Figure out what went wrong in their system to deliver it to the wrong address!
