My complaint:
I ordered several items off wish totalling $137.85 on 123120, according to my bank statement. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive everything as ordered. As a matter of fact, I recall the total amount being less money off the Wish website. I logged into Wish and when I tried to this on my order history folder. All the items I ordered were erased.
I sent a request to support@wish.com on 1142 3 weeks ago for them to repost the items I ordered so I can things and report issues. Their customer service has not reached out to me at all.
One of the items I remembered ordering was an arm blaster for bicep workouts, which had free shipping and was expected to arrive first but never arrived.
Suggested solution:
I would like Wish to resolve these issues ly, by reposting all the items back into my order history, communicating with me via phone, since they're unwilling to communicate properly by email, so there are no misunderstandings, and to be sent all the items I have not received or provide me with a refund.
