My complaint:
I ordered two pairs of mosquito curtains earlier part of April 2020 and was originally told it would be here on May 4, 2020. I decided last week just to see where it was in process and though it allegedly shipped it has NOT moved and so I went to file a query as to why it hadn’t moved was given only two responses First said that I choose to accept to wait until August 21, 2020 or ask a different another question.
Suggested solution:
I want my items shipped immediately and for them to be diligent in responding to complaints.
