Wish complaint: They have charged me for an order and I haven’t received it

My complaint:

I have ordered something for my niece and I ordered the wrong size so I got a refund and reordered it again in the right size I have a bank statement where it shows i have gotten charged for it now on my wish app I cannot see the order in my order history I have not received the item and said that I’m blocked for abused return policy.. that has nothing to do with why I’m getting charged and not receiving or seeing my order in my history. It’s not my fault that there is some very poor low quality items that I’ve ordered so I’ve asked for a refund! Bottom line is that they baisically stole my money.. and no proof on my wish app that I’ve ordered it but like I said I have a bank statement so its all good if it does not get resolved I’m going to call the police or whoever I need to to report this and will not stop !! My pour niece keeps asking me when her dress is coming in shame on u!!!!

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back ! I want nothing to ever do with wish anymore ever!!
