My complaint:

I ordered 5 items from Wish on April 28th 2020. After not receiving any of the 5 items over a month later, i started e-mailing the company. I was told that if the item didnt come by the date of july 1st, i could then submit a request for a refund. The night of july 1st, when i asked for a refund… It changed. They asked me to wait another 2 weeks, for items that were ordered almost 3 months ago, while trying to pacify me by offering a refund on my shipping charges wich was 7 dollars. I appreciate the 7 dollars of my money, but where is other 51 dollars and why can i not have a full refund? This morning i got an email stating i never placed an order in the first place because my card was declined. I am literally dumbfounded in how a company can do this to people and get away with it. I lost my job due to the pandemic, i have kids to feed. I never get the same person on the other end, and they are stealing my money and i am so angry

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Look in your records, my order of 5 items never even arrived in my state. Maybe get a phone number that isnt just a recording saying you dont have a number. I doubt i will see justice prevail and be given my hard earned money back, and i will file a complaint with every website and agency there is, because this has happened to over thousands of people, and i WISH i had looked into who i was ordering from before i threw my money away and went thru months of stupidity for no reason.
