My complaint:
I first placed an order on March 2nd. A few days later I was notified my order was cancelled becuase of an issue with my account that nobody could explain. fine, I reordered the items even though the price was $20 more this time. 5 MONTHS later there is still no update on tracking or any information about my order. This is the first time I have ever ordered from Wish and I can assure you it will never happen again, nor will I let any family or friends order and be just as disappointed as I was
Suggested solution:
There's no actual person to talk to and the wish assistant on the app just wants to give a refund. All I want is the stuff I ordered 5 months ago because thats why I ordered it. Did it just disappear? I dont understand. Just like I don't understand why it was cancelled in the first place with no explanation which ended up costing me more money
