My complaint:
I ordered over $100.00 from Wish back in July this year and the money came out of my account and within a couple of weeks my order just disappeared from my account. I have email and complained to the company, a number of times and have asked for a refund, since even though my order has disappeared, its easy to see on bank statements that the company took out my money. I receive a email now saying that my account has now been placed on temporary hold until l show id and photo id and my last transaction was unsuccessful. I am not sending them my photo id, the company didn’t need photo id to take my money out of my account., plus the way this company treats people who knows where my id would end up.
