My complaint:

ON MAY 28.2019, I PLACED ON ORDER FOR A TABLET AND UP TO NOW I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY TABLET .BEEN SENDING MESSAGES THEY KEEP CHANGING DELIVERY. DATES.
ON JULY 8 I RECEIVED A PARTIAL REFUND OF $11.95 THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS MY SHIPPING FEE REFUNDED. BACK TO ME, SND TOLD ME IF I DONT RECEIVED. THE ITEM A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN BACK TO ME PLEASE HELP.
