My complaint:

I have ordered a drone, a adult phantom -4 with 3 batteries They send a child’s cheap Hunters Drone with a single battery. I received the drone on the Oct.8th. I checked their information, it arrived in the us on the 10th. so how did I receive on the 8th. I also ordered watches in Sept. and haven’t received them yet. I also rave ordered other items that they say the order wasn’t sent in time so they canceled the order (but I have no issue them canceling other than time it take to notify my creditors) which at times is time consuming.

Suggested solution:

They can send a return shipping label so I can return the drone. And send the other junk (watches sneakers) I ordered. I think that three an a half to four weeks is long enough to wait for there items.
