My complaint:
I received a storage chest from wish through a company called vidaxl.com and reported that the storage chest was in poor condition. They said that someone would respond in 2-3 days and no number to call! I started investigating this company same day after receiving this $75.00 piece of junk and many have ed this company is a fraud. I feel Wish should take responsibility ASAP on a game plan for a return and refund! I was told to report this to you and your site would help me with these company’s.

They should reach out on a returnrefund same day. It seems like they are playing games by not taking care of the situation same day and leaving me in limbo.
The communication is horrible! I have never received this type of customer service through eBay or Amazon prime!
