My complaint:

I had ordered my wife a laptop and got all the proper emails and notifications for delivery tracking package number looked at all my information for address for delivery never came nowhere to be found then it states it was already delivered and signed by a female never stated or located to my address need a full refund back to my credit card or my products sent with the right tracking number because the tracking number that wish decided to give me was located with Amazon and not my right order The weight is 2.646 pounds

Suggested solution:

Either resend me my merchandise that I already paid for or refund my money all the way back to my credit card that’s on my file since I already looked all everything on the information and the computer is completely out of stock needs to refund my full amount back to my credit card on file
