My complaint:
I have just gone through my account to see where my orders are, I ordered a journal and some weight loss patches which I have not received, and saw my address has been changed, see photos. Also I have had a top and some shoes charged to my account again not my address, and I never ordered them. I have been a long standing customer of wish and am very angry and frustrated about this, I am a disabled woman who lives on benifits and think this is wrong
Suggested solution:
Refund what I did not order and resend what I did to the correct address
