My complaint:
I ordered a massage gun as a gift in october and wish assured me it was coming 2-3 times…. i waited and then thay said my account needed to be verified ….. wish would not accept any of my information for weeks, i asked to be contacted by support multiple times ,
Only after making it clear i want money back and was ready to take action do they contact me, directing me to an automated message response that says im out of my refund window…now when i enquire they say im out of my refund window and they understand my frustration…..this is blatent theft of currency
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back 45 euro
33 euro for the massage gun that never came
11 euro for the shipping that never happened
