My complaint:
I bought 3 hiking bags in December and without requesting a refund they refunded me it’s been longer than a month almost 2 months. There is no refund they stole my money I’ve send numerous messages on contact support and they don’t address the matter just keep repeating the same copied message. I have contacted my bank provider and no knowledge of this refund exists. What really pisses me of is that they didn’t even notify me that this item is out of stock and ask me which I prefer refund to original payment method or wish cash now Im sitting with this problem. Each time I use wish there is issues and I don’t learn to stop buying from them. They truly are the worst site and they are a scam. I will never in my life recommend their site.
Suggested solution:
I want my full refund even if it's in wish cash so I can get my products and be done with this company.
