My complaint:
Ordered 2 Foldable Pet Playpens ($18.05 @ $6 shipping) in MAY 2020! Did not receive order by November 2020. Contacted Customer Support asking for my items. CS said that I could not receive refund because it was outside the 30day window. I DID NOT WANT A REFUND.
Suggested solution:
I WANT THE ITEMS I ORDERED.
According to the order information on WISH app, they still have not shipped the items ONE YEAR LATER.
