My complaint:
I ordered this skull rug from wish in early may and they keep telling me it’s in transit but tracking it says still in China, They have poor customer service and no live contact . Now I checked again and they say I should contact them on august 30th while my order is apparently still in China. Of course they have my money and I do not have my product. I am deleting the wish app and not ever buying from
These crooks ever again, I’m sure I’m not the only one who was taken by these crooks.
Suggested solution:
I want my product ASAP or a full refund
