My complaint:
I ordered a few items and paid for express shipping. I immediately noticed one item was said to be delivered for June 24th. They said they could not cancel because it was already shipped. I ran out of patience arguing with their robot scripted responses. On June 24th the item still had not arrived. The arrival date had been changed to the 29th. Yet the items still are trying here. When I try to contact them They say they can’t comment on a closed ticket. How can a ticket be closed if you haven’t received the item?
Suggested solution:
They should refund me.
