Hi, Josie. You got it wrong. I didn't say that the drive only had 4Tb. It has 8Tb, but it has it as 4 individual drives of 2Tb each. Very weird. I thought you were advertising a NORMAL 8Tb drive. That's 8Tb on ONE drive. Also, this drive is the slowest disk drive I have ever encountered in my life. I work in IT and have done so since the 1970s. This drive is unbelievably slow, but I can't figure out why. I'm running it on a powerful computer with USB 3.0 ports and cables that work fine for every other drive I have. I'm still trying to figure out what is wrong but, for the moment, the drive has been tied up for three days just having some files copied onto it. Also, sorry, but I don't have the shipping label you are asking for. I think that got tossed when we opened the package. All I have is the e-mail notification that the package has been delivered, which I sent you. Thank you.
I ordered two drives, but I have only put the one on my computer. I've had so much trouble with it that I hadn't even opened the other one until you told me to send you a picture of it.
