Wish complaint: Slow to process my order and when I ask for a refund they didn’t respond my order is still not processed 17 days they are waiting for 28 day no refund policy so I cant get back my money.

My complaint:

I ordered a mini washer and dryer on April 28 and then they told me they are out of stock reorder on the 8 of may and until this day mu purchase has not been processed I need a refund no one seems to be listening to me!!

Suggested solution:

Refund d my money imediately
