Complaint: Slippers that don’t fit

My complaint:

I bought a pair of slippers that stated they were a size 44-55 which equates to size 10 american shoe. Wel I’m a size 9.5 and the slippers don;t fit.
Your representatives have given me a run around and making me missreable. I have talked with at least 4-6 representatives and they keep asking for different things once I sent what they asked for. The last one ask for pictures of the shoes, the shoe size, show they don’t fit and I send all to them. Now one of you representitives wants the size label. The problem is there wasn’t any labels attached to the shoes. I am a great customer of Wish and being treated terribly. All I want to do is return the slippers and get a full refund. Your representatives are driving me crazy. They don’t know what they want I even asked for supervisor which no one wants to provide.

Suggested solution:

Just provide the return information with a prepaid label so I can return the sliippers. The were not represented correcty as the the size goes so it wasn't my problem and I shouldn't have to pay for return postage. I would ike a full refund. The pictures attached are the exact pictures that I sent to your representatives who are driving me nuts.
