My complaint:
I ordered over 350.00 worth of clothing. Several tops, bras, jackets etc. I ordered everything in either xlg or xxlg. Everything came in at small or extra small. They all came from china. Never was told that it would. I paid 0ver 500.00 in shipping charges. Was told the shipping would be free. I have not been able to access their customer service. They do not have where you can request an exchange or a refund. I have not been able to access a customer service line. They do not list phone numbers or addresses where one can connect with someone to physically talk to an employee to resolve a situation.
Suggested solution:
I would like to be able to send all pieces of my order back to the various companies through WISH. i would like to be reimbursed for my exorbident shipping charges. Ultimitally i would like to erase WISH from my life. I cannot trust this company to deliver a product the way i ordered.
