My complaint:
I ordered shoes two months ago. I tried to talk to someone in customer service to no avail! I want my freaking shoes. You took my money!!!! REALLY!
Suggested solution:
You can send me my shoes! If you can not send shoes give my MONEY back. I am considering talking to district attorney in my location. Do Something.
