My complaint:

I placed an order (order no 5eb1536c26c16a064f03540b) on 5th May 2020.
Which was a gift for my sister for her birthday. I was initially told the item would be with me on the 17th May. Then when it did not arrive I tracked my item to be told it would be 6th June, then it moved to 8th June. And now it has moved to the 21st June. The item is still in China and they are not helping me by cancellinggiving me a refund. I have submitted numerous complaints and currently in talks with someone called art jake who is not very helpful. He just says the same thing repeatedly without resolving the complaint. I want a refund and my money back. Wish are not listening to what I am saying. Considering my sisters birthday was 20th May it’s quite frustrating to be told to be patient and wait for my parcel to arrive when all I have asked is for my money back
