My complaint:

Wish double charged me on a recent order they refunded(after two weeks of playing pass the buck.). I was charged for shipping on original order and then changed again,for same product,to be returned. Wish stated that even though it wasn’t my fault,they saw no reason to change anything.

Suggested solution:

They could refund all shipping....$27 . that's about all I want. Just my money.
