My complaint:
I’m so frustrated !! I ordered items in June and still haven’t received my items…..and its 4 months later!! They were promised by September 18…which is still ridiculous!! I understand items come from China, but good lord people!!! This is totally unacceptable!! At least when you order stuff online…a month at most from anywhere in world!! When I try to track my order it’s been showing the same status for weeks now!
Suggested solution:
Apply better shipping and tracking information
Bring more items to to US for faster shipping
You should be able to immediately talk or email someone not silly assistant!
