My complaint:
hi there,I am new to wish cause my friend introduced it to me and I have place an order on wish.what I can see is that the shipping (preparing to ship) is longer than I expected.i used to buy from Lazada and shopper and it is much faster and cheaper than wish plus there is a section that I can communicate with the seller if I have questions to ask about their products.but on wish I can’t find one and customer service is really sucks and didn’t answer my question at all.what I want to know is how long exactly wish take to prepare to ship cause I place an order on 25th November now 3rd December still under preparing to ship.if preparing to ship takes time I wonder how long does it take to ship and delivered to me.
Suggested solution:
you should add a section for customer to interact with seller,plus you should improve on your preparing to ship
