Sent wrong item. Ordered a touchless infrared forehead thermometer. Wish sent me a regular digital thermometer to be placed under tongue. Received product June 27,2020. I created a refund request on July 13,2020. I created a complaint ticket within 2 wks of receiving the product and also included picture of sealed wrong product sent. Customer service kept delaying refund asking for more proof of pics of outside and inside. I finally opened wrong item and sent pics Sept 19,2020 after I failed to see a refund. They keep replieng with standard messages saying refund is out of the refund window. Extremely disappointed. Would like a resolution
