My complaint:
About three weeks ago, I received an item I had ordered from wish a two weeks or so prior and I immediately noticed the package was wrapped as though it had been opened or was some how dismantled and sloppily put back together. When I opened the package to inspect my cardio machine I had purchased for over $200 dollars, I immediately noticed that some of the major pieces were missing and that certain parts of the frame had been damaged to the point where it was no longer functional. When I contacted wish to them of this they started what had seemed to be an investigation on the item and it’s origin and after I had sent several pictures of the damaged incomplete item to them they notified me that they were going to check with the seller and get back to me in 2 TO 3 DAYS to perhaps solve the issue. Since I received that message it has now been over three weeks and I haven’t heard anything back from wish even though I have tried to contact them regarding this issue numerous times after and I continue to be ignored without a response whatsoever.
Suggested solution:
Having the pictures of the damaged equipment and listening to me the customer on how I have received this package, I feel wish should atleast be able to reimburse me for the item I paid for and did not receive atleast in any Type of functional state.
