My complaint:
They had a new Segway on sale for $52 and $12 shipping. I said what the heck I might as well try. After two delays in shipping Wish said the product was no longer available and offered a refund or a comparable product. I sent them a message informing them that I believe there were never any segway scooters available at that price and them taking my money for items that did not exist constitutes fraud. I informed them that I didn’t think any of the products offered compared to the Segway Self balancing scooter that was what I originally thought I was buying all I want is what was originally offered at the price offered or some kind of proof that there was ever a scooter available at that price.Of course they didn’t even read my messages and just sent generic responses!!
Suggested solution:
All I want is the product offered that I already paid for. This was to be a Christmas gift for my nephew! At the very least I would like some kind of verification that any scooters were available at the price I paid.
