My complaint:
I am writing disappointed with how certain products are being sold on Wish.
I have placed a few orders recently as I found them a lot cheaper in comparison with other similar products. It seems that that the sellers only advertise products really cheap for them to get some publicity. As soon as the order is been placed, they cancel your order and issue a refund, which of course isn’t what the customer asked for!
I have recently placed an order for a watch, a go- pro, and a pending order for another watch (which is likely to be refunded as well because it is cheap). The frustration lies where a customer spends time to shop and doesn’t get what he intended to order instead of his money back which is an absolute time waste for the customers. If the sellers aren’t happy to sell their products for a really cheap price, they should not advertise it for that price! Why has Wish not taken any action to filter such scammers and time-wasters?
I am happy to provide you the information about the products I purchased and details in relation to that.
I hope Wish will now take an against those sellers.

By advertising their products with correct information, price, and in accordance with consumer law i.e. not sending a refund just because they have changed their mind after the money has been transferred.
