My complaint:
I ordered a Barcelona top from wish for my partner for Christmas, it was too small. I contacted wish for a return label, I have sent it back on 28th December 2020. Tracking shows it was delivered on 31st December 2020 but I have not received my refund.
It occurred on: 28122020
This meant that I have no item and they have kept my money.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund for the item they got back as tracking shows it was delivered.
