My complaint:
I ordered a $40 laser pointer and a month later received a piece of sandpaper, a glove with two fingers missing, and a rag. Wish customer support which is basically a dumb automated robot will just bring u in circles and when I finally got ahold of someone via email, no matter what I say they just keep telling me that I received my package. It’s like well yes I received a package but I it wasn’t what I ordered! I just go in that same circle until I finally just gave up and lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Suggested solution:
Maybe have a real person to talk to via phone or atleast live chat. And either send me what I paid for our refund me.
